The hotel was in a great location, close to the beach and with fine views from the room. The staff was great, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the poolside entertainment, which added a fun atmosphere to our city break.

This place is in a great location. It is located on the beach right off the main avenue, making it convenient to explore the tourist areas. There are also many stores and eateries in the area to dine at.

This hotel ticked all my luxury needs with its exclusive amenities. From the Spa centre to the outdoor swimming pool, everything was top-notch. the massage and facial experience was exceptional, and I was impressed with the beauty treatments. the sun terrace was perfect when I wanted to relax outside and enjoy the garden area. the venue had a great location advantage too, with easy access to the beach.
The only negative aspect was the noise level in my room, but that can be quickly fixed with some earplugs.

We had a wonderful experience at the Fiesta Americana. The hotel offered us a fantastic upgrade to a two-bedroom unit at a great price. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view of the pool. The housekeeping staff was really good, our room was super clean every day. The lobby staff was also very friendly and appreciative. We cannot wait to stay here again!

I loved the amazing view from my room at Fiesta Americana. The beach and pool area were fantastic, and the WiFi actually worked, a huge plus for me. The location was perfect, allowing me to explore the tourist areas and enjoy the beach and bay views. The hotel also offered free parking on site, very convenient. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with the rooms and common areas always looking super clean. The hotel facilities were excellent, including two pools, a massage/spa area, and direct access to the beach. The location was perfect for exploring the tourist areas, as it was within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay.

As a group of friends, we loved the amazing view of the bay from our top floor room. The hotel's own beach was clean and perfect for enjoying our time in Acapulco. The location was ideal as everything we needed was within walking distance. The staff were extra nice and the breakfast was great. The hotel also had two pools and very good wifi.
Felt like treated like royalty, no complaints.

The breakfast buffet is pricey.

Spacious room with comfortable beds and a balcony with fine bay views. Well-equipped room with essential amenities like a fridge, coffee maker, and air conditioning. The hotel offers quality toiletries that are replenished daily. Excellent facilities including a large central pool, smaller pool, and a beach with sun loungers. A great gym and a nice spa offering special deals and treatments. Attractive reception and seating area with bars and restaurants. The hotel is located in a central area with plenty of dining options and easy access to tourist attractions.
The room furnishings and decor are outdated and in need of refurbishment. The room felt musty and slightly damp, possibly due to the weather.
